We had a very positive experience with Lark Partnership throughout our property purchase, and especially with Luan, who was exceptional from the very beginning. From our first viewing, of property through to reaching the purchase , Luan was  very professional approachable and extremely helpful. She gave us a thorough explanation of the property, the buying process and what to expect at each stage which we really appreciated as the first time buyer. She had excellent awareness of the details of the property and always answered our questions clearly .We developed a real sense of trust and confidence in the purchase which remained through out the purchase despite some  complex turns along the way . As the purchase progressed, we found ourselves involved in a complicated chain with several parties and some challenges along the way. As a result, our expected exchange date was delayed due to issues within the chain. We became very disheartened and started to feel that we might not be able to reach exchange anytime soon. During this particularly stressful period, Luan was our main source of reassurance. She worked incredibly hard to communicate with all the parties involved, continuously chased for updates and kept us informed which gave us confidence that the purchase was still progressing.She was very understanding of the issues we were facing and could further face if the purchase  was delayed. She gave us realistic expectations and worked hard to expedite the purchase by communicating with the agents and conveyancers up the chain , keeping the transaction moving forward . We would also like to mention Karen who is also exceptionally wonderful as we often spoke to about our queries and concerns throughout the purchase, as well as the rest of the team at Lark Partnership, who were always aware of the progress of our purchase and equally responsive, helpful and supportive whenever we contacted them. Everyone was so friendly, approachable and genuinely willing to help. The whole team is amazing — they really are a dream team! We genuinely believe that Luan and the team played a significant role in helping us reach our purchase. They went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent, particularly in managing communication and keeping everyone focused on progressing the transaction. We are extremely grateful to Lark Partnership for their excellent service and commitment throughout what could have been a very stressful process. Had such a positive experience buying a property through the Lark Company. Luan has been SO helpful, friendly and informative throughout the whole process. She had all the answers to any questions on our first viewing, constantly kept us in the loop with updates and was such a prominent figure, especially leading up to completion. I actually don't know where to begin with this review! There aren't words to describe how incredible Luan and her team are. From that moment we met Luan we knew she was the perfect fit. Incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and amazing at your job from the get-go. Luan and her team launched our house so well that we had 20+ viewings in 2 weeks, and accepted an offer 3 weeks after our house went live. Which is even more impressive due to the current economic conditions of the UK. Lark also get the buyers to pay a 2% deposit of the purchase price, which is non-refundable after 30 days - when we reached the 30 days it felt like an early exchange. We are relocating to the US - Luan has also researched real estate State side and liaised with our estate agents over there, to help set us up the other side too. The Team at Lark Partnership provide an absolutely flawless service if you are looking to buy or sell a property! As a first time buyer, they have exceeded all of my expectations and made the entire process seamless! My purchase was not without its problems, having to go through probate, but the team have helped every step of the way so I've had no need to worry about anything! They will guide you through each process and provide you with continuous updates every step of the way, putting your mind at ease! They are a very kind and friendly team and there is never such thing as a stupid question! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reputable Estate Agent. I cannot thank the team enough for what they've done for me. A special thanks to Karen for keeping the ball rolling and meeting me at the property so many times! I have dealt with many estate agents throughout my life, but I can honestly say that the Lark Partnership are head and shoulders above the rest. From the second Luan came round to view the property, we knew we were in safe hands. She never over-promised, was incredibly clear and transparent about every detail, communicated brilliantly and supported us. The rest of the team, Karen, Anna-Leigh and Becky, were also amazing and did a wonderful job. Our sale was tricky on a number of levels, but nothing fazed any of them. They advised us on trusted tradespeople to carry out jobs ahead of the final sale, spoke to the elderly owner (a family member) several times to explain the process and steered us through the whole business with the minimum of fuss and bags of professionalism. Luan and her team set a unique and excellent example of how to run an Estate Agency. We have moved at least 10 times over the years and have never experienced the diligence, attention to detail and client service shown by The Lark Partnership. They made a difficult, lengthy and at times nervous process tolerable, always aware of where all parties were in the process and therefore ensuring a successful conclusion for a chain of six parties. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them exclusively in the event of a future move. Les & Suzie
